Over his career at LR, James has held various technical, commercial, and leadership roles globally. His experience spans marine surveyor positions in Italy, Dubai, and China, to commercial and general management roles in the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore. Now based in Singapore, James leverages his extensive international experience to lead decarbonisation initiatives within the maritime sector. His leadership from LR’s headquarters in the UK to his current role underscores his dedication to advancing sustainable maritime practices worldwide.

Dr. Carlo Raucci is a highly regarded expert in maritime decarbonisation, with over 15 years of experience driving change in the industry. As Director, Sustainable Fuels and Strategy, he spearheads the Decarb Hub's efforts to accelerate the adoption of sustainable fuels for shipping.

Dr. Raucci’s work played a pivotal role in establishing a first-of-its-kind green corridor cluster in Singapore, which is currently managed by his team. He is accountable for the Fuel Adoption Program of the Hub, where his team empowers stakeholders across the maritime industry to embrace sustainable fuels and expedite the transition to a clean future. His expertise extends beyond hydrogen, encompassing fuel mix projections, production cost models, and decarbonisation strategy development. Dr. Raucci has authored numerous influential publications, including “The scale of investment needed to decarbonise international shipping”, “The Potential of Zero-Carbon Bunker Fuels in Developing Countries”, and "The Future of Maritime Fuels".

Dr. Raucci's research from his PhD at University College London (2016) was the first to propose hydrogen and hydrogen-based fuels as a viable option for decarbonising shipping. This pioneering work continues to influence the industry's approach to clean energy solutions.

Alan Jones brings to the Decarb Hub, almost 30 years of Human Factors and Engineering knowledge through his experience in several key technical lead and senior management positions at various top tier companies, mainly focused on the aerospace and energy domains dealing with critical and high hazard operations.

This experience has covered interactions with regulators, original equipment manufacturers, designers, operators, and government bodies, revolving around creating novel design and operational solutions, achieved through the implementation of Verification and Validation processes, Operational Safety Cases, Release to Service and Certification programmes. These interactions have been associated with transport and infrastructure capabilities across both the military and civil sector.

Alan also brings prior experience of decarbonisation programmes through engagement with the UK government Future Flight Challenge, which, like the maritime sector, aims to decrease the carbon footprint to net zero by 2050. The combination of his knowledge and experience provides the Decarb Hub with the gravitas to help guide the maritime industry into an era of enhanced operator safety within a new technological environment.

Prior to joining the Hub, Marine was Head of Policy Programmes and Partnerships at the Royal Academy of Engineering in the UK, shaping the development of the National Engineering Policy Centre, and Policy Fellowships and Systems Capabilities in Government programmes. She also served as Director of the Franco-British Council and Director at cultural consultancy BOP Consulting. She holds a master's in public administration from the University of Montpellier, France.

Ahila Karan, Senior Lead on Green Initiatives, led the launch of the Silk Alliance Green Corridor Cluster to catalyse bunkering of alternative fuels in Singapore, and the Maritime Fuel Supply Dialogues, a regional initiative facilitating public/private dialogues across the energy and transport sectors to accelerate hydrogen-based fuel supply development across Asia Pacific and Africa. She has more than 7 years of experience covering global energy markets, with a particular focus on transportation fuels and the cleaner fuels transition.

Ahila holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from University College London and previously worked at oil trading company Trafigura as the Global Distillates Analyst where she was also involved in producing analysis on shipping industry trends and fleet analysis. Prior to this, Ahila worked at S&P Global, reporting on major energy news and the latest environmental policy changes affecting the shipping and road fuels industries.

Fuels and Technologies Lead

Dr. Charlie McKinlay is a researcher in the field of maritime decarbonisation and is the Fuels and Technologies Lead at The Decarb Hub, where he is a key team lead for the Silk Alliance Green Corridor Cluster initiative for shipping, focused on bunkering alternative fuels in Singapore. He is also a lead author of the Decarb Hub's “Future of Maritime Fuels” report presenting a review of a wide range of fuel mix projections and key alternative fuel paths that will steer shipping’s course towards its net-zero ambitions by 2050, and works with the Zero Emission Maritime Buyers Alliance (ZEMBA) on the development of the ZEMBA tenders to drive zero-emission shipping.

Charlie holds a PhD in Dynamic Energy System Modelling from the University of Southampton, where he researched transition technologies for viable zero-emissions shipping solutions, such as fuel cells, energy saving technologies, and smart energy management. His professional research expertise in the field of maritime decarbonisation covers clean maritime fuels, encompassing the whole value chain, from sustainable and scalable supply chains to efficient onboard deployment.

Programme Manager

Dana Rodriguez helps to manage the Decarb Hub's programme initiatives like the Maritime Fuel Supply Dialogues, which aims to unlock the potential for clean and sustainable maritime fuels through dialogue and collaboration amongst energy and transport ministries across Asia Pacific and Africa.

Prior to the Decarb Hub, Dana was a senior analyst at the Environmental Defense Fund, where she focused on developing port decarbonisation strategies and sustainable shipping finance models and policy. She has also worked at the Aspen Institute where she was involved with the creation of coZEV (Cargo Owners for Zero Emission Vessels) and the inception of ZEMBA (Zero Emission Maritime Buyers Alliance).

Coming from a public sector background, including the UN system and US State Department, Dana is passionate about finding innovative solutions to decarbonise the maritime sector in a sustainable way. She has a bachelor’s degree in international relations from The University of Texas at Austin and holds a master's degree in politics and public administration from The University of Konstanz.

Fuel Transition Lead

Vassia Sourtzi is the Lead on Fuels Transition at the Decarb Hub where she leads research and modelling efforts to evaluate and accelerate sustainable fuel pathways for the maritime sector. Her work integrates technical, economic, and policy analysis to inform global investment and regulatory decisions that support fuel transition. She drives cross-sector collaboration and develops evidence-based insights aimed at reducing uncertainty and enabling scalable maritime decarbonization.

Vassia also plays a key role in first mover initiatives like the Green Corridor Cluster Silk Alliance initiative focused on accelerating the adoption of sustainable fuels in Singapore. As a leader within the Fuel Adoption Programme (FAP), her expertise extends to strategic programme design and delivery, ensuring projects align with the Hub’s Theory of Change (ToC) and contribute to measurable reductions in greenhouse gas emissions.

Vassia has over 15 years of experience in the maritime sector, six of which have been dedicated to advancing decarbonisation, and the shipping industry’s transition to low- and zero-carbon solutions. She served as an Energy Transition Senior Specialist at LR Advisory, providing tailored decarbonization strategies to maritime stakeholders. She also worked as a transport analyst and modeler at E3 Modelling / Ricardo PLC, contributing to projects supporting the sector’s shift to sustainable energy solutions. Earlier, she spent a decade at a Greek Ro/Pax company managing fuels, bunkering, compliance, and energy efficiency.

Vassia holds a MSc in Energy: Strategy, Law and Economics, and is pursuing a part-time PhD in Naval Architecture, Ocean and Marine Engineering at the University of Strathclyde, where her research focuses on alternative fuels, particularly green hydrogen.

Strategic Research Lead – Sustainable Maritime Fuels

Joh Hann Lee is the Strategic Research Lead, Sustainable Fuels, within the Fuel Adoption Programme at the Lloyd’s Register Maritime Decarbonisation Hub (the Decarb Hub). His work focusses on the Economics of deploying sustainable maritime fuels and how to accelerate adoption.

Joh Hann has extensive experience researching and implementing change across the Energy Transition space. He was most recently an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where he supported top corporates and investors on Strategy, Investment, Business Building, and Implementation, primarily within the Energy and Industrials space. He has played leading roles in building clean electricity companies and compliance and voluntary carbon markets. Joh Hann was also a Fellow at the McKinsey Global Institute where he studied the Economics of the Climate Transition and the Just Transition.

He holds an MPhil in Economic Research from the University of Cambridge, where he researched the Climate Negotiations and Energy Economics, and a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Anastasia Kouvertari

Senior Lead, Human Competency

Natassa Kouvertari holds the role of the Senior Lead – Human Competency within the Human Safety & Risk team, representing The Decarb Hub as a project manager in the ‘baseline training for seafarers in decarbonisation’ project led by the Maritime Just Transition Taskforce, the first global sectoral task force dedicated to a just transition. She also facilitates the work on the implementation of The Silk Alliance Green Corridor Cluster , which focuses on the uptake of sustainable maritime fuels in Singapore as a key bunkering Hub in the Asia-Pacific region.

Natassa first joined Lloyd’s Register in 2004 supporting the marine business functions of the Organisation and has, since then, undertaken several positions as environmental specialist, product manager and project manager in Marine & Offshore.

Natassa holds a Master of Science in Environment & Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and has built up professional expertise in managing projects related to GHG emission reduction, new fuels adoption and workforce training for shipping’s green transition. She is also an Associate Member with the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) and has a genuine interest in projects that foster innovation towards a sustainable and equitable ocean economy.

Thomas Chitseko

Head of Risk and Safety

Tom is a Master Mariner with over 15 years’ experience in the maritime sector, including over a decade of sea-going experience. Sea-going operational highlights include deployments in support of energy supply security during the Arab Spring, co-ordinated amphibious exercises in the Gulf of Aden and counter-piracy operations in the Indian Ocean. This experience included time on oil tankers, passenger ships and stores ships.

A qualified Royal Navy Fleet Navigating Officer, Tom has experience of navigation, pilotage and bridge resource management in both traditional and digital navigation environments. Before 'coming ashore', Tom also held a staff officer post at UK Navy Command HQ where he worked as the Capability Manager for the Royal Fleet Auxiliary oil tanker flotilla, responsible for policy work, vessel management and interfacing with oil terminals and port facilities.

At the Decarb Hub, Tom specialises in finding solutions to complex maritime risk problems through combined quantitative and qualitative analyses.

Tom holds a BSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Managing Risk and System Change from Trinity College Dublin.

Head of Human Factors

Ilse Houting is Senior Human Factors Specialist and Head of Human Factors for the Decarb Hub. Her main area of expertise includes Human Factors Engineering in the design of technical complex work environments, like process- and maritime industry. Connecting Technology-People-Process up front with smart HF methodologies, a structural approach, pre-defined steps, clear goals and practical deliverables.

An example of this approach is her development of change management tools for clients using serious gaming as the main format - such as a dilemma game addressing digitisation and automation. Ilse has also been a pioneer in designing remote control workstations for the remote operation of container cranes and semi-autonomous barge vessels, shaping the future of remote and automated maritime operations.

Throughout her career, Ilse has held roles as Consultant, Business Developer, and Project Manager, consistently focusing on integrating human and operational factors into safety-critical systems and infrastructure like functional designing process plants, control rooms and ship bridges. In recent years, Ilse has focused on the evolving role of humans in the age of AI, robotics, and automation - helping organisations design for a future where technology and humanity thrive together, providing insights and guidance to support resilient, human-centered solutions.

Ilse holds a Master’s in Human Movement Sciences and a postgraduate degree in Human Factors from VU Amsterdam.

Jonathan joined the Decarb Hub as Risk Analyst for the Human Safety & Risk team following his graduation in the summer of 2024 with a Master of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) from the University of Bath. He is responsible for helping to deliver projects which focus on understanding and minimising the risks associated with the rollout of alternative fuels sources within the industry.

Prior to joining the Hub in 2025, Anna held senior business development and strategic partnership roles in maritime technology companies, consultancies, and NGOs, driving high-impact collaborations that foster sustainable growth and measurable results across international markets. She has deep experience in stakeholder engagement with private and governmental partners, cross-border partnerships, and aligning complex initiatives with long-term corporate objectives and evolving global regulations.

Carolina leads the Data and Impact Insights function at the Lloyd’s Register Maritime Decarbonisation Hub, driving the acquisition, validation, and communication of data that demonstrates the Hub's contribution to system-level change in the maritime sector. She oversees the Decarb Hub's activities aimed at building robust data processes, establishing relationships with key data providers, and producing actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and strengthen stakeholder engagement.

Prior to joining the Hub in 2025, Carolina held roles spanning research, insights, and financial planning at the intersection of strategy, sustainability, and data. At Climate Impact Partners, she contributed to data acquisition strategies and delivered insights and visualisations for internal and external stakeholders. Her earlier experience includes developing financial planning tools as an FP&A analyst and conducting corporate credit analysis at Deutsche Bank, where she managed a portfolio of investment-grade companies across different sectors. 

Carolina is completing her MSc in International Marine Science at Heriot-Watt University. She holds an MSc in Finance and a BSc in International Economics and Finance from Bocconi University, as well as an MA in Economics from Keio University in Tokyo.

Magdalene Tan leads marketing and communications at the Decarb Hub, shaping campaigns that highlight the real-world outcomes and impact of the Hub’s programmes. Prior to this role, Magdalene managed event and content marketing at the Asia Pacific South office of Dassault Systèmes, where she led the organisation of the company's annual 3DEXPERIENCE Forum event. She previously worked as Corporate Communications Advisor at American President Lines (now part of CMA CGM), overseeing social media content strategy. Her earlier roles span brand communications and product marketing at Southeast Asian sports watch distributor Crystal Time, Citibank’s consumer banking division in Singapore, and UK-based PR agency, Citigate Dewe Rogerson. Ahila holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from University College London and previously worked at oil trading company Trafigura as the Global Distillates Analyst where she was also involved in producing analysis on shipping industry trends and fleet analysis. Prior to this, Ahila worked at S&P Global, reporting on major energy news and the latest environmental policy changes affecting the shipping and road fuels industries.

Dr. Charlie McKinlay

Fuels and Technologies Lead

Dr. Charlie McKinlay is a researcher in the field of maritime decarbonisation and is the Fuels and Technologies Lead at The Decarb Hub, where he is a key team lead for the Silk Alliance Green Corridor Cluster initiative for shipping, focused on bunkering alternative fuels in Singapore. He is also a lead author of the Decarb Hub's “Future of Maritime Fuels” report presenting a review of a wide range of fuel mix projections and key alternative fuel paths that will steer shipping’s course towards its net-zero ambitions by 2050, and works with the Zero Emission Maritime Buyers Alliance (ZEMBA) on the development of the ZEMBA tenders to drive zero-emission shipping.

Charlie holds a PhD in Dynamic Energy System Modelling from the University of Southampton, where he researched transition technologies for viable zero-emissions shipping solutions, such as fuel cells, energy saving technologies, and smart energy management. His professional research expertise in the field of maritime decarbonisation covers clean maritime fuels, encompassing the whole value chain, from sustainable and scalable supply chains to efficient onboard deployment.

Programme Manager

Dana Rodriguez helps to manage the Decarb Hub's programme initiatives like the Maritime Fuel Supply Dialogues, which aims to unlock the potential for clean and sustainable maritime fuels through dialogue and collaboration amongst energy and transport ministries across Asia Pacific and Africa.

Prior to the Decarb Hub, Dana was a senior analyst at the Environmental Defense Fund, where she focused on developing port decarbonisation strategies and sustainable shipping finance models and policy. She has also worked at the Aspen Institute where she was involved with the creation of coZEV (Cargo Owners for Zero Emission Vessels) and the inception of ZEMBA (Zero Emission Maritime Buyers Alliance).

Coming from a public sector background, including the UN system and US State Department, Dana is passionate about finding innovative solutions to decarbonise the maritime sector in a sustainable way. She has a bachelor’s degree in international relations from The University of Texas at Austin and holds a master's degree in politics and public administration from The University of Konstanz.

Fuel Transition Lead

Vassia Sourtzi is the Lead on Fuels Transition at the Decarb Hub where she leads research and modelling efforts to evaluate and accelerate sustainable fuel pathways for the maritime sector. Her work integrates technical, economic, and policy analysis to inform global investment and regulatory decisions that support fuel transition. She drives cross-sector collaboration and develops evidence-based insights aimed at reducing uncertainty and enabling scalable maritime decarbonization.

Vassia also plays a key role in first mover initiatives like the Green Corridor Cluster Silk Alliance initiative focused on accelerating the adoption of sustainable fuels in Singapore. As a leader within the Fuel Adoption Programme (FAP), her expertise extends to strategic programme design and delivery, ensuring projects align with the Hub’s Theory of Change (ToC) and contribute to measurable reductions in greenhouse gas emissions.

Vassia has over 15 years of experience in the maritime sector, six of which have been dedicated to advancing decarbonisation, and the shipping industry’s transition to low- and zero-carbon solutions. She served as an Energy Transition Senior Specialist at LR Advisory, providing tailored decarbonization strategies to maritime stakeholders. She also worked as a transport analyst and modeler at E3 Modelling / Ricardo PLC, contributing to projects supporting the sector’s shift to sustainable energy solutions. Earlier, she spent a decade at a Greek Ro/Pax company managing fuels, bunkering, compliance, and energy efficiency.

Vassia holds a MSc in Energy: Strategy, Law and Economics, and is pursuing a part-time PhD in Naval Architecture, Ocean and Marine Engineering at the University of Strathclyde, where her research focuses on alternative fuels, particularly green hydrogen.

Strategic Research Lead – Sustainable Maritime Fuels

Joh Hann Lee is the Strategic Research Lead, Sustainable Fuels, within the Fuel Adoption Programme at the Lloyd’s Register Maritime Decarbonisation Hub (the Decarb Hub). His work focusses on the Economics of deploying sustainable maritime fuels and how to accelerate adoption.

Joh Hann has extensive experience researching and implementing change across the Energy Transition space. He was most recently an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where he supported top corporates and investors on Strategy, Investment, Business Building, and Implementation, primarily within the Energy and Industrials space. He has played leading roles in building clean electricity companies and compliance and voluntary carbon markets. Joh Hann was also a Fellow at the McKinsey Global Institute where he studied the Economics of the Climate Transition and the Just Transition.

He holds an MPhil in Economic Research from the University of Cambridge, where he researched the Climate Negotiations and Energy Economics, and a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Alan Jones brings to the Decarb Hub, almost 30 years of Human Factors and Engineering knowledge through his experience in several key technical lead and senior management positions at various top tier companies, mainly focused on the aerospace and energy domains dealing with critical and high hazard operations.

This experience has covered interactions with regulators, original equipment manufacturers, designers, operators, and government bodies, revolving around creating novel design and operational solutions, achieved through the implementation of Verification and Validation processes, Operational Safety Cases, Release to Service and Certification programmes. These interactions have been associated with transport and infrastructure capabilities across both the military and civil sector.

Alan also brings prior experience of decarbonisation programmes through engagement with the UK government Future Flight Challenge, which, like the maritime sector, aims to decrease the carbon footprint to net zero by 2050. The combination of his knowledge and experience provides the Decarb Hub with the gravitas to help guide the maritime industry into an era of enhanced operator safety within a new technological environment.

Senior Lead, Human Competency

Natassa Kouvertari holds the role of the Senior Lead – Human Competency within the Human Safety & Risk team, representing The Decarb Hub as a project manager in the ‘baseline training for seafarers in decarbonisation’ project led by the Maritime Just Transition Taskforce, the first global sectoral task force dedicated to a just transition. She also facilitates the work on the implementation of The Silk Alliance Green Corridor Cluster , which focuses on the uptake of sustainable maritime fuels in Singapore as a key bunkering Hub in the Asia-Pacific region.

Natassa first joined Lloyd’s Register in 2004 supporting the marine business functions of the Organisation and has, since then, undertaken several positions as environmental specialist, product manager and project manager in Marine & Offshore.

Natassa holds a Master of Science in Environment & Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and has built up professional expertise in managing projects related to GHG emission reduction, new fuels adoption and workforce training for shipping’s green transition. She is also an Associate Member with the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) and has a genuine interest in projects that foster innovation towards a sustainable and equitable ocean economy.

Head of Risk and Safety

Tom is a Master Mariner with over 15 years’ experience in the maritime sector, including over a decade of sea-going experience. Sea-going operational highlights include deployments in support of energy supply security during the Arab Spring, co-ordinated amphibious exercises in the Gulf of Aden and counter-piracy operations in the Indian Ocean. This experience included time on oil tankers, passenger ships and stores ships.

A qualified Royal Navy Fleet Navigating Officer, Tom has experience of navigation, pilotage and bridge resource management in both traditional and digital navigation environments. Before 'coming ashore', Tom also held a staff officer post at UK Navy Command HQ where he worked as the Capability Manager for the Royal Fleet Auxiliary oil tanker flotilla, responsible for policy work, vessel management and interfacing with oil terminals and port facilities.

At the Decarb Hub, Tom specialises in finding solutions to complex maritime risk problems through combined quantitative and qualitative analyses.

Tom holds a BSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Managing Risk and System Change from Trinity College Dublin.

Ilse Houting is Senior Human Factors Specialist and Head of Human Factors for the Decarb Hub. Her main area of expertise includes Human Factors Engineering in the design of technical complex work environments, like process- and maritime industry. Connecting Technology-People-Process up front with smart HF methodologies, a structural approach, pre-defined steps, clear goals and practical deliverables.

An example of this approach is her development of change management tools for clients using serious gaming as the main format - such as a dilemma game addressing digitisation and automation. Ilse has also been a pioneer in designing remote control workstations for the remote operation of container cranes and semi-autonomous barge vessels, shaping the future of remote and automated maritime operations.

Throughout her career, Ilse has held roles as Consultant, Business Developer, and Project Manager, consistently focusing on integrating human and operational factors into safety-critical systems and infrastructure like functional designing process plants, control rooms and ship bridges. In recent years, Ilse has focused on the evolving role of humans in the age of AI, robotics, and automation - helping organisations design for a future where technology and humanity thrive together, providing insights and guidance to support resilient, human-centered solutions.

Ilse holds a Master’s in Human Movement Sciences and a postgraduate degree in Human Factors from VU Amsterdam.

Prior to joining the Hub, Marine was Head of Policy Programmes and Partnerships at the Royal Academy of Engineering in the UK, shaping the development of the National Engineering Policy Centre, and Policy Fellowships and Systems Capabilities in Government programmes. She also served as Director of the Franco-British Council and Director at cultural consultancy BOP Consulting. She holds a master's in public administration from the University of Montpellier, France.

Anna brings extensive experience in strategic alliances and environmental programmes focused on maritime decarbonization, climate innovation, and sustainability-led market growth across Europe, the UK, and the US. Prior to joining the Hub in 2025, Anna held senior business development and strategic partnership roles in maritime technology companies, consultancies, and NGOs, driving high-impact collaborations that foster sustainable growth and measurable results across international markets. She has deep experience in stakeholder engagement with private and governmental partners, cross-border partnerships, and aligning complex initiatives with long-term corporate objectives and evolving global regulations.

With an academic background in International Business Management, Administration, Carbon Taxation, and Economics, Anna is passionate about advancing the decarbonization of the maritime sector through collaboration, innovation, and shared understanding.

Carolina leads the Data and Impact Insights function at the Lloyd’s Register Maritime Decarbonisation Hub, driving the acquisition, validation, and communication of data that demonstrates the Hub's contribution to system-level change in the maritime sector. She oversees the Decarb Hub's activities aimed at building robust data processes, establishing relationships with key data providers, and producing actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and strengthen stakeholder engagement.

Prior to joining the Hub in 2025, Carolina held roles spanning research, insights, and financial planning at the intersection of strategy, sustainability, and data. At Climate Impact Partners, she contributed to data acquisition strategies and delivered insights and visualisations for internal and external stakeholders. Her earlier experience includes developing financial planning tools as an FP&A analyst and conducting corporate credit analysis at Deutsche Bank, where she managed a portfolio of investment-grade companies across different sectors. 

Carolina is completing her MSc in International Marine Science at Heriot-Watt University. She holds an MSc in Finance and a BSc in International Economics and Finance from Bocconi University, as well as an MA in Economics from Keio University in Tokyo.

Magdalene Tan leads marketing and communications at the Decarb Hub, shaping campaigns that highlight the real-world outcomes and impact of the Hub’s programmes. Her work supports the Hub's mission to accelerate the safe, sustainable, and human-centric decarbonisation of shipping through research insights and initiatives aimed at driving systemic change across maritime and adjacent industries central to the global energy transition.

Prior to this role, Magdalene managed event and content marketing at the Asia Pacific South office of Dassault Systèmes, where she led the organisation of the company's annual 3DEXPERIENCE Forum event. She previously worked as Corporate Communications Advisor at American President Lines (now part of CMA CGM), overseeing social media content strategy. Her earlier roles span brand communications and product marketing at Southeast Asian sports watch distributor Crystal Time, Citibank’s consumer banking division in Singapore, and UK-based PR agency, Citigate Dewe Rogerson. She holds a B.A. and M.A. in linguistics from the National University of Singapore.
